Pacific	The Austam Homes award winning designs range in size from the humble one bedroom cottage through to its largest designed home of 30 squares. Designs and inclusions can be arranged to suit the client’s own individual tastes and needs with higher pitched roofs available. Prices range from $50,000 to around $250,000, depending on size and inclusions. Austam Homes have timber frames made of Treated Radiata with high quality cladding, (including hardiplank, weathertex, cedar or vinyl) or brick veneered on site, with the selection of colours, finishes and inclusions made by the owner.

The Habitat	The Habitat, as seen at Ag-Quip 2002 has been specially designed to reduce heating and cooling costs through all seasons (passive energy) through the use of special roof lines and window placement. This design is in advance of most local government requirements for passive energy houses. The Habitat leads the way in most modern housing design concepts.
